Here's what I've been reading as I've swung around the web: Bob Thume had a post on the seasons of a man's life. He shares this information in order to answer the following questions, " What season are you in? What season are the men around you in? How can you help them live into the fullness of that season?" Men, check this out. It's well worth your time and consideration.
Ed Stetzer had a post on building churches and making disciples. He wrote, "When Jesus builds His church, He does the building by using disciples just like you." The distinctions he makes are worth keeping in mind.
Relevant Magazine had a post on giving. It reads, "Giving is a privilege; a constant conversation between you and the Lord about where He wants you to invest." If you are struggling in this area personally or as a church, this is helpful.
Tim Challies had a post on motives. In it he says, "We are complex people with complex motives. We are being made holy, but in the meantime we still have sin clinging to every part of ourselves." If you've ever wondered why you do or don't do things, read this post.
What have you been reading online? I ask because I'm interested in what I may be missing. Leave a link in the comment section for me to check out.
