A couple of weeks ago we found my wife has ... diabetes. Some blood work confirmed it. In the weeks since we have been working our way through the layers of useful, as well as "mis", information. We started out this year trying to exercise more and feel we have somewhat of a handle on it. Now we are looking at the next step, diet. (Here's where the plea for help comes in.)
What resources have you found (apps, websites, etc.) helpful in tracking both calories and/or carbs? Which ones have you tried? and liked? and why?
We (both) need to be eating better if we want to get healthy.
